Apex has offices in Smithville Missouri and Leawood, Kansas to facilitate operations in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Wyoming and Oklahoma.

Apex operates on a daily basis under the guidelines of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR), and the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund (PSTIF). Apex has extensive experience in providing assessment and obtaining funding for leaking underground storage tank sites in the states of Missouri and Kansas. Apex has helped our clients receive millions of dollars in reimbursed cleanup expenses since 1996.

Our environmental professionals have years of experience and expertise in working with underground storage tank sites, surface and subsurface pollution assessments and remediation, preliminary site assessments, computer engineering, and financial and economic analysis. Apex prides itself as being able to see projects from the initial sampling and testing phases through to the final cleanup and reporting steps. Our staff includes state-registered geologists, certified environmental managers, registered professional engineers, registered environmental assessors, certified asbestos inspectors and management planners, as well as groundwater scientists.
